My primary goal is to guide individuals toward optimal and sustainable health by identifying the underlying causes of their health issues, which are often related to:
- digestive imbalances,
- undiagnosed food intolerances, and
- lifestyle habits that do not promote overall well-being.
My journey toward holistic health began as a result of a personal experience. For several years, I dealt with hormonal imbalances, digestive problems, and other discomforts without understanding their root causes.
It was at this point that I decided to deeply investigate lifestyle, nutrition, and food intolerances, and how these factors impact the body as a whole.
This process of discovery was life-changing.
This insight led me to train as a Holistic Health Coach at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in New York, where I not only found solutions to my own health challenges but also acquired the knowledge and tools necessary to help others on their path to wellness.
Later, I became certified as a Detox Specialist at the Institute for Energetic Health, which deepened my understanding of the importance of cleansing the body from the inside out to restore vitality. Today, I know that to regain balance, it is essential to work at a cellular level, allowing the body to eliminate toxins and return to
its natural harmony.
My passion for plant-based nutrition led me to train as a Chef at the Plantlab School in California. Throughout this process, I adapted my culinary knowledge to create allergy-friendly recipes, discovering the powerful role that nutrition plays in healing the body.
To further complement my expertise, I obtained a master’s degree in Integrative Medicine Supplementation from the Escuela de Salud Integrativa (ESI) in Madrid, and I have completed various specialised courses in the therapeutic use of essential oils.
In addition, I incorporate cutting-edge biohacking techniques into my approach, which allows me to optimise my clients’ health and well-being by leveraging the ancient knowledge and also the newest advancements in science and technology. From different modalities of fasting, cold exposure, and grounding to meditation and circadian rhythm and sleep optimisation, these methods empower individuals to take control of their physical and mental performance.
This combination of knowledge allows me to offer a comprehensive, personalised approach to my clients’ physical, mental, and emotional well-being, combining both ancient wisdom and modern biohacking practices for a truly holistic experience.
As a Coach, my approach is entirely personalised. I recognise that each journey toward health is unique, so I tailor my interventions to meet the specific needs of each individual.
